When you create a project in the Ansys HPC Job Manager web app, input files are uploaded to Ansys HPC Job Manager, a job definition is created, and a job is generated. A job can contain one or multiple tasks.
As soon as a job is generated, it appears in the project's Jobs list, and you can begin monitoring the job. A job goes through several states during its lifecycle. If a job seems stuck in the 'pending' state, or does not complete successfully, you can use the job details view to determine the cause.
When a job completes successfully, its output files become available in the job details view. You can then download output files to your computer.
