When your downstream External Model source file includes initial stresses and initial equivalent plastic strains, an Imported folder appears beneath the Geometry parent folder when you open the file in Mechanical. This object is a simple group folder. It contains the child objects: Initial Stresses. The External Model can only reference LS-DYNA (.k) files.

For Initial Stresses, none of the fields can be modified.
