You can restore an Auto-save file by selecting a file using Restore Auto-save in the File Menu. A list of all the Auto-save files for the model that is currently open is displayed.

Note that the -00 Auto-save file will not be displayed in the list unless the Auto-save Frequency is greater than Every Generate and the model has not just been Auto-saved.
