1.6.2. Entity Selection

There are several ways to select an entity and sub-entity from graphical displays such as design point and design frame, as shown in the figure and table below. After selection, the entity will be highlighted on screen and in the navigator windows.

Method	Operation
1. Subsystem Navigator	Click the entity name.
2. Topology Navigator	Click the entity node in topology navigator.
3. Entity List in Topology Navigator	Click the entity name in the entity list window.
4. Working Window	Click the entity graphics.
5. Select List in Working Window	1. Click the entity graphics with mouse right button. 2. Click Select List in the drop-down menu. 3. Click the entity name in the list. 4. Click the SELECT button.

All sub-entities can be selected in the Subsystem Navigator and the sub-entity list page in the sub-entity window. For more information about sub-entity selection, see Sub-Entity Classification.
