Choose Support STL from the Support Type drop-down to use a support file that has already been imported for the part. (This menu option will not be available for selection if you have not selected a part with associated .stl files.)

Support - Choose the desired support .stl file from the ones associated with your selected part. Use support groups if you want to use more than one support .stl file in a simulation.
