Managing Groups of Participants

This section helps to organize the collected participants' answers.

To Manage Groups of participants:

Note: Project Manager task.
Prerequisites: You need to create or open an analysis project.
  1. In the Navigation panel, select Participants management.

  2. Click .
  3. Enter a group name.
  4. Click OK to validate.

    A new column has appeared at the left of the table, in this case the 41-60 group.

  5. In this column, select each participant belonging to the created group by ticking in the corresponding box.
    Tip: You may group the results by gender or age, for example.
    • Repeat this operation as many time as necessary (depending on the number of groups considered).

    • To rename a group, click , then modify the name and click OK to validate.

    • Click then,

      1. In the dialog box, select a group to delete.

      2. Click OK to validate.

        Note: This will not delete participants' answers from the database, but simply delete the column of the table.

The management of groups of participants is done.
