8.14. Simulation Scenarios

A Simulation Scenario is used to control the Motion solver under user-defined conditions. These conditions are defined for the simulation time or a Function Expression. A Joint, Force or Contact can be deactivated or activated and the Motion solver can be controlled with a Simulation Scenario. It is also possible to change the body type between an FE body and a rigid body, so that you can reduce the analysis time by using an FE body only for a specific time period while using a Rigid body for the remainder.
