The location of a window can be changed as follows.

Click and hold the title bar of the window to detach it from its original location, as shown below.

When starting to drag the window, the arrow icons are displayed at the locatable positions as in the following figure.

Drag the window to one of the arrow icons. The target location of the window will then be displayed as shown below.

Release the window to finish relocation.
