A Nodal FE Body represents a flexible body with full Degree of Freedom (DOF) of nodes. This body is modeled by importing an FE data file in a mesh. The DOF of the body is determined by the number of nodes. This flexible body is good for representing large and local deformations, contact problems, plasticity and non-linear materials such as rubber and foam.
