The first option shown in the first panel of the Reaction Workbench interface is Use Mechanism Utilities. Select this option to perform the following types of operations:

Mechanism Lumping, which offers a standalone method for performing isomer lumping as a means toward mechanism reduction.
Mechanism Inspector.
Species Replacement/Removal.
