Different meshing tools have different policies regarding units management, therefore, you should always check the length unit and dimensions of the mesh using the Info button in the Mesh tab of Polydata (see Reporting Information about the Mesh in the Polyflow User's Guide), and then ensure that the values you enter as part of your Polydata setup consistently account for this mesh scale.
