This model includes a free surface, the position of which is unknown. A portion of the mesh will be affected by the free surface’s changes in position, so a remeshing technique will be applied on this part of the mesh. Since the free surface is entirely contained within second subdomain (SD_2), the remeshing will apply only to SD_2. You will define the remeshing parameters with the Global remeshing menu item.
