optiSLang OMDB

This node is located in the Process Chain Elements > Integrations folder in the Modules pane.

This node enables the user to evaluate additional criteria and objectives for existing optiSLang result files (*.omdb).

Setup

  1. Add a Sensitivity system to the optiSLang scenery.

  2. Add the optiSLang OMDB node to the system. Make sure to receive designs from the parent system and send designs back to the parent system.

  3. Open the optiSLang OMDB node dialog and load the desired *.omdb file.

  4. Register all inputs and outputs.

  5. In the Sensitivity dialog go to the Start Designs tab an import all designs from the *.omdb file as start designs

  6. Switch to the Criteria tab and define the additional criteria.

  7. Switch to the Dynamic sampling tab and disable Dynamic sampling .

  8. Switch to the Other tab, navigate to Show evaluation settings and select Solve start designs again.

Now you can run the system and in the resulting omdb file for the newly created sensitivity you will find the designs from the original omdb file with the additional criteria.
