The Match feature is used in cases where curves lie very close to each other and have ends that meet (see Figure 11: Geometry With Mismatched Edges and Figure 12: Geometry After Using the Match Edges Option). The gap between the two curves must be within a reasonable tolerance in order for this feature to work.
