The Split Vertices option allows you to split a degenerate vertex. This is equivalent to uncollapsing an edge.

The block and vertex shown in Figure 349: Vertex Selected to Split is the result of collapsing a single block. Select the appropriate vertex to split, and click Apply to split the vertex as shown in Figure 350: Split Vertex
