Monitoring Budget Usage

If a budget has been set for a project space, any user with permissions in the project space can see how much of the budget has been consumed so far when viewing the Project spaces page:

Administrators can also view budget usage in the project space settings:

1. Access the project space's settings in one of the following ways:

   • Click the project space to open it, and then click on the project space toolbar. Or,

   • On the main Ansys Gateway powered by AWS toolbar, click to access the Administration page. Select Project spaces and then click Edit in the project space's table row.

2. In the Project space settings dialog, select Budget in the navigation pane.

   The Budget used area tells you how much of the budget has been spent:

   

3. Click Done to close the view.
