Safety Goals and Safety Requirements are managed by medini analyze jointly in a safety requirements model. It is possible to create multiple such models, which is useful e.g.:
to better structure the safety goals and requirements, e.g. according to a breakdown into functional and technical safety concept
in the case of multiple or complex (sub-)systems in a single medini analyze project
to organize requirements according to their type (e.g. functional, technical, hardware, software).
A safety requirements model can be created in a package that supports requirements management (depends on template) via the context menu "New -> Safety Requirements Model...".
Note, in case the Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment phase is done before, a safety requirement model may have already been created while assigning safety goals to hazardous events (see Safety Goal Assignment).
A safety requirement model can be renamed or deleted via the context menu of the safety requirement model in the model tree view.
