There are several classifications of bodies. In terms of deformation, a body may be classified as a flexible body or a rigid body. In terms of formulation, a flexible body may be re-classified as using a nodal method, or as a modal body and mesh (FE) or EasyFlex body. In terms of geometry, a rigid body may be re-classified as a solid body, sheet body or assembled body. In terms of modeling, a switchable body is supported.
