Coupled joints are defined in the Rack and Pinion creation dialog. The creation dialog and parameters are the same as Coupler Creation with the option of Joint-Joint creation. When the joint is set, the 1^st joint must be selected from one of the translational joints and the 2^nd joint must be selected from one of the revolute joints.
