5.7.1. Plane Joint Creation

Connecting properties such as the base and action bodies, and the location and plane normal direction on the bodies are defined in the Plane Joint creation dialog. When creating the joint, two markers are simultaneously created to represent the joint. The z-axis of the base marker is defined as the plane normal direction. The other axes of the markers are determined by the right hand rule. The creation dialog and parameters are the same as for Revolute Joint Creation with the option of Body-Body-Point-Direction creation.
