The Imported Cut Boundary Remote Constraint object applies displacements and rotational forces from beam-based coarse models to shell or solid submodels. These loading conditions are generated from the results defined on the nearest beam node of the coarse model. Using this method, the application applies each displacement or rotation using remote displacement objects that by default, are rigid.

The remote loads generated for this option are, by default, read-only. You can modify the properties of boundary condition as required by setting the Read Only property to Off.
