Autodyn can use material models available within Explicit Dynamics in Workbench plus others only currently available in the Autodyn system. A description of the material models used by the Autodyn solver in Explicit Dynamics analyses in Workbench can be found in Material Models Used in Explicit Dynamics Analysis in the Explicit Dynamics Analysis Guide. Material Models specific to Autodyn are described in the following sections. These models can be selected when setting up or modifying a material from the Material New/Modify panel.
