Panes within Tabs

Workbench provides the following categories of panes.

Common Panes

Common panes are ones that are included on multiple tabs, but are configured per tab. changes to the pane on one tab are not reflected on other tabs of the same sort, the pane contains different data on each tab.

The following common panes are available:

Project Schematic Pane
Toolbox Pane
Toolbox Customization Pane
Files Pane
Outline Pane
Properties Pane
Table Pane
Chart Pane
Scene Pane
Solution Information Pane

Persistent Panes

Persistent panes remain configured as you have specified when you navigate between tabs. For example, if you display a persistent pane in one tab, then switch to a different one, the persistent pane remains visible in the second tab.

The following persistent panes are available:

Messages Pane
Progress Pane
Sidebar Help
