Load the Fluent Results

To load the Fluent results into CFD-Post, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the Fluent Launcher:

    • Windows:

      From the Start menu, select Ansys 2024 R2 > Fluent 2024 R2.

    • Linux:

      Open a command-line interface and run the following execution command:

       
 
$ $AWP_ROOT242/fluent/bin/fluent

    The Fluent Launcher opens.

  2. Click Start.

    Fluent opens.

  3. Read the case file.

    1. Select File > Read Case.

    2. In the Fluent coupling working directory, select the HeatedFluid-3.cas.h5 case file and click OK.

      The Fluent case is loaded.

  4. Read the Fluent results data file:

    1. Select File > Read Data.

    2. In the Fluent coupling working directory, select the HeatedFluid-3-00150.dat.h5 data file and click OK.

      The Fluent results data are loaded.
