Adding a Tangent Constraint

Activate the Tangent constraint.

With the Target tool guide active, select the target drawing object to be moved.

You can select a line or a circle as the target object.

With the Anchor tool guide active, select the anchor drawing object.

For a target line selected, select a circle as the anchor. For a target circle selected, select a line as the anchor.

The target object will be moved to satisfy the tangent constraint.
