Registering a Receive File

Complete this wizard to register a receive file.

  1. From the multi-action button, select Add, or double-click a new entry row in the table.

  2. Select the Receive file use case.

  3. Select an option from the Type list.

    Format/ProtocolSource
    FilesystemFile on a local computer or in the network
    SubversionURL to a location and a revision in a SVN repository
    PuTTY_SSHHost name and file on a network computer
    Custom File AccessLocation and revision

  4. Set the path to the PDM location. The method for doing so depends on the type previously selected.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Click  .

  7. Browse to the file location, select the file, and click Save.

  8. Select an option from the Path list.

    • Relative to working dir

    • Relative to project

    • Absolute path

  9. Click Next.

  10. In the ID field, enter an ID for the file.

  11. Click Next.

  12. Select an action point from the list.

    • Manual

    • On load project

    • On save project

    • On run started

    • On run finished

    • On node triggered

    • On node finished

    • On node succeeded

    • On node failed

  13. Click Next.

  14. Check the summary to ensure you have entered the correct information. You can click Receive now to immediately trigger the action and test if the connections are working correctly.

  15. Click Finish.
