Test Case
A fully developed turbulent flow is modeled in an axisymmetric diffuser. Half angle of 90° is selected for the present study.
Material Properties | Geometry | Boundary Conditions |
---|---|---|
Density: 1.22478 kg/m3 Viscosity: 1.7894e-05 kg/m-s |
Half angle = 90 degrees Inlet radius = 0.025 m Outlet radius = 0.04 m |
Fully developed turbulent profile at inlet with an average velocity = 14.61 m/s |
