Vector variables are rotated and translated with the geometry through time using the rigid body transformations. There can be an exception to this rule for vector variables created in the EnSight calculator which are based purely on scalar variables with no geometric influence. Known predefined functions in the calculator with this attribute, such as MakeVect, are actually handled correctly. But if a user defines their own vector using the match capabilities of the calculator, it may not be transformed.
