Selecting either a species or a connecting pathway between species in the Reaction Path Diagram will activate the lower left panel, reserved for the display of species rates of production. Selecting a species will display all rates of production for the selected species whether it is a product or a reactant in the reaction. Selecting a connecting pathway between any two species will populate the contents of the graph with the contributing rates of production for all reactions contributing to the path selected.
