The LPCVD Thermal Analyzer has two different solution options: steady-state or transient. Twopnt is used for obtaining steady state solutions, while DASPK is used for obtaining transient solutions. The following keywords actually tell the LPCVD Thermal Analyzer what kind of problem to solve and which solver to use. If both keywords are included in the input file, the first one encountered will be implemented.
