The LPCVD Thermal Analyzer has two solution method options: steady-state or transient. The solver Twopnt is used for obtaining steady state solutions. Transient solutions may be obtained using DASPK. Each solver has a keyword block specifying the relevant controlling parameters (see Solve the Model ).

The solution method is selected using the SOLVE THE MODEL block described in Solve the Model . Only controls for the solution method selected will be recognized, while the block for the solution method not selected will be ignored.
