Following the input of analysis dependent parameters at Stage 4, Stage 5 performs the particular form of analysis. No further input data is needed save the finishing restart level given on the Restart data record (The Preliminary Data (Data Category 0)).

Note that the user need not progress through the analysis procedure one stage at a time. Each Aqwa program may be run with multiple stages but, for the new user, it is best to progress slowly until confidence is gained in using the programs.
