65.6. Analysis and Solution Controls

A mode-superposition transient of 0.5-second duration is used to quickly generate 2500 displacement solutions.

The OUTRES,NSOL,1 command is issued to obtain results for every time point, as the mode-superposition transient writes results for every fourth solution by default.

A time step size of 2.0e-4 seconds is used to obtain 25 samples per period of the highest frequency of interest, 200 Hz (1 / (200 * 25) = 2.0e-4 secs).
