Measure Information

Measure information displays the information the software used for the measurement.

If you checked Specular peak alignment in reflection, the Measure information dialog box displays the corrections of the alignment on the Theta and Phi angles for each incidence.

For a correction of x degrees in Theta, the value of the incidence after correction is value of the incidence before correction + x°.
For a correction of x degrees in Phi, the value of the incidence after correction rotated x° anticlockwise if x is positive and x° clockwise if the x is negative.

Note: Sometimes the message "Stray light detected" can appear if stray light has interfered with the measurements.
