Creating a Luminance Homogeneity Template

A luminance homogeneity template allows you to evaluate how balanced the overall luminance of the display is. This homogeneity is quantified as Luminance min / Luminance max.

Several areas must be created to evaluate this overall luminance.

To create a luminance homogeneity template:

1. Open an XMP file in Virtual Photometric Lab.

2. Click Measures .

3. Create the measurement areas as shown in the images below:

   

4. When the template definition is done, click Export .

5. Save the exported template and rename it Luminance Homogeneity Template.
