Editing the Timeline by Using the Animation Template

The following procedure helps you quickly design the timeline of the animation to generate.

Note: The Virtual Lighting Animation Tool is in BETA mode for the current release.

To edit the timeline:

Prerequisites: You must have exported a *.csv file containing the timeline data.
  1. Open the *.csv file.

    The time frames are represented in the Time column.

    The power ratio of all sources of the XMP are represented in all other columns as function of the time frame.

    A linear interpolation is applied between each point of the timeline.

  2. Modify the Time column as needed.
    Note: You cannot modify the unit of the Time column.
  3. Modify the power ratio of sources according to the time frame.
  4. Once you are finished modifying, save the file.
Now you can import the *.csv file in the Virtual Lighting Animation tool to apply the modifications on the timeline.
