Understanding the Parameters of a Human Eye Sensor
This page describes some advanced settings to set when creating a Human Eye Sensor.
Resolution
The Resolution corresponds to the visual acuity of the observer. The visual acuity is commonly expressed in arc minutes (60 arc minute = 1 degree).
The value taken by as a reference (1 arc minute=0.0167 degrees) corresponds to the normal visual acuity of an observer. The better the visual acuity, the smaller the angle of resolution gets and the finer the details are perceived by the eye.
Field Of View
The standard field of view of an observer is 45° (-45°, 45°).
