Target Image

The Target Image section allows you to specify the target image used by HOA.

To configure the Target Image:

  1. In Virtual image distance, specify the distance between the center of the nominal Eyebox and the center of the Target Image.

  2. Set the Look over angle (the horizontal angle) between the vehicle axis and the optical axis.

  3. Set the Look down angle (the vertical angle) between the vehicle axis and the optical axis.

    Note: To define the optical axis, HOA applies first the "Look Over Angle", then the "Look Down Angle".

  4. From the Mode drop-down list, specify the mode you to use to define the target image:

    • Select Size to define the size of the target image in millimeters.

    • Select Field of view to define the field of view of the target image in degrees.

  5. According to the mode you selected:

    • Set the horizontal and vertical size of the target image in millimeters.

      Set the horizontal and vertical fields of view in degrees.
