Publishing a Favorites List

You can publish your personal Favorites Lists, so that other people can see them and subscribe to them. For example, you might want to share a Favorites List with other users, or provide a list of 'Approved Materials' for use within your organization.

To publish a Favorites list:
  1. Submit a publication request by selecting the list, right-clicking, and choosing Publish > Request Publication.
    A 'Pending approval' flag will then be shown in the list status area. The List Publisher in your organization must now review your publication request, and approve or reject it.
  2. Optional: To cancel a publication request while the list is pending approval, right-click and choose Publish > Cancel Publication Request.
  3. If you have List Publisher privileges, you can approve or reject list publication requests. Right-click the list and choose from:
    • Publish > Approve and Publish List
    • Publish > Reject Publication Request
If the request is approved, the list is published. If the request is rejected, the list is not published and remains a personal list, and the 'Pending approval' flag is removed.
Note: The person who submitted the request will not receive any automatic notification about the approval or rejection of their request.
