To produce a label on a chart: Do one of the following: In the Chart Stage window, click the required record bubble, record bar, or family envelope. Right-click the record from the Browse, Search, or Results panels, and select Label. Drag and drop it to its new location. The tooltip for a data label displays the data values for the record. This setting only applies to bar charts and bubble charts. Figure 1.
