View the Full datasheet (all hidden metadata, Tabular data, graphs, and linked data shown) or the Summary datasheet, see Summary datasheet / Full datasheet.

Printable datasheet

Open a view of the datasheet in a new browser tab/window, which you can then print using your browser's Print function.

Show empty items/Hide empty items

Show/hide Attributes and Meta-attributes with no data, see Viewing empty items in datasheets.

Record properties

View information about the record:

• the record short name
• when the record was created
• when the record data or properties were last modified
• record identifiers - the Record GUID and the Record History GUID

Expand headings/Collapse headings

Expand all headings on the datasheet, or collapse all headings, hiding the data under them.

Expand all metadata/Collapse all metadata

Expand all hidden metadata on the current datasheet, or hide all metadata, see Viewing metadata in datasheets.

Change Layout

Choose a different Layout, or no Layout at all.
