Licensing requirements

Monthly Active User (MAU) licensing for Granta MI is managed with Ansys License Manager.

Ansys License Manager is typically installed on dedicated license server machine. See the Ansys, Inc. License Management Guide for more information.

The license file you received from Ansys, Inc. lists your licensed Granta MI products. This file must be added to Ansys License Manager through the Ansys License Management Center before any software or data can be used.

Ansys License Manager version 2024 R2 or later is required for Granta MI 2024 R2.
