- Upgrade your MI Pro software.

Upgrade your MI Pro Materials Data database schema using the MI Server
Manager tool on your MI Pro application server. This will make it compatible with the
upgraded MI Pro software.

Ensure that a backup of your MI Pro Materials Data database is made using
SQL Server Management Studio, or another program of your choice.

Extract the Data Update file(s) from the product download zip(s).
The update package includes a Data Update file for the latest MI Pro release
version, and for previous MI Pro versions.
