SIwave-PSI Best Practices: Solderballs and Bumps
Set ball and bump dimensions using Solderball Properties on the Home tab.
This enables the solver to carry out meshing optimizations resulting in the highest accuracy.
Important:
This is no longer possible if the balls/bumps are explicitly converted to physical vias and appear in the layer stackup.
