SIwave-PSI Best Practices: Temporary Working Folder

Locate the Temporary Working Folder on a local drive.

During the course of simulation, this folder is used to store temporary files created by PSI. In order to achieve the best performance, this folder must be located on a local hard drive where the simulation is running, with at least 20 to 30GB of available disk space. Using an NFS or remote drive could lead to a significant slowdown or even a simulation failure.
