If you purchased your subscription via the Ansys Store, the subscription starts as soon as the purchase is completed and the subscription is added to your Ansys Account.

If you purchased your subscription via an Ansys sales representative, the start date will be determined by your purchase agreement.

You can check when a subscription started by signing in to the Ansys Account portal at https://myaccount.ansys.com. The My Subscriptions page shows the Start date for each subscription that has been assigned to you.
