On a safety project, multiple contributors are often responsible for input to the project. To make it possible for these contributors to work on the same project, medini analyze has a real-time collaboration feature. To prevent your changes from being overwritten by others, you can use medini analyze's exclusive editing feature to lock the project while you are working on it.
To utilize real-time collaboration, your project must be located on a server. There you can set up project visibility and add users and groups as collaborators and assign them roles. After the project is set up on the server, you and your team can collaborate in the medini analyze desktop client.
