Mesh Sizing allows you to refine the size of the mesh based on the selected mesh sizing options. Coarse, Medium, Fine, Uniform modifies the curvature and defeature parameters to refine the sizes from Element Size. Mesh Sizing is available only for Mechanical Physics Preference when Global Sizing Type is Program Controlled or On in Files > Options...> Meshing > Meshing.
The available options are:
Coarse: Refines the mesh size to create a coarse mesh
Medium: Refines the mesh size to create a medium mesh.
Fine: Refines the mesh size to create a fine mesh
Uniform: Refines the mesh to create an uniform mesh.
Advanced: Refines the mesh size based on the previously selected Mesh Sizing option and populates the global controls accordingly. You can use Advanced to view and edit the available mesh refinement option to adjust your mesh. When you select Advanced option, the Mesh Defaults displays the previously selected Mesh Sizing option.
