4.6. Support

Use the Support page to view and manage your Ansys technical support cases. You can create, update, and close cases, and all changes are automatically reflected in the Ansys Customer Support Space.

While you can upload images (up to 1MB) to your support cases, other file attachments are not supported.


Note:  When you create a case from the Support page, only the information you provide is shared with the Ansys technical support team. Your model settings and files are not included.
