When this beta feature is enabled, the Sherlock application updates the Temperature-Dependent Properties Calculator. The existing calculator is based on a tan inverse formulation and generates only a symmetric curve. The beta calculator, however, uses Bezier curves and provides independent control of the curvature above and below Tg. It also displays a preview of the curve that can help you match material property curves on a datasheet. The elastic modulus output units are always in MPA, and the CTE output units are always in ppm/C.

It should be noted that none of the Sherlock analyses currently use temperature dependent properties from the beta calculator.
